Follow our checklist, Registration Steps, to help you through the registration process.  Forms may be completed online, or printed and filled in.  All completed forms must be submitted to the RMES office by mail or in person. 

These forms are required for all students:

Application for Admission
After-School Transportation
Consent to Treat
Drug-Free/Computer Use/Pest Management/Photo Release
Financial Contract


These forms are required as necessary:

Extend Ed Application
Family Discount Application[for 2 or more children]
Kindergarten Schedule
Lunch contract (Monthly food service charge-not yet available)
Music groups - Application
Request for Records[ for students who did not attend Ruth Murdoch Elementary last year]
